| A: We are a trading company, but we have dozens of long-term stable cooperative factories, each of which has their own products they are good at. We will select proper factory to meet all your needs. And our factories are audited by BSCI. |

| A: We believe quality is life. No order because of high price at the moment, we still look forward to working with you together in next times. But ONE time of poor quality product, we will be deleted from your Vendor list, that is just same to life which cannot take two. We have our own QC staff to check good quality before every shipment. |
| Q: Can you make OEM, ODM order? |
| A: Yes, we can. Pls just send us your artwork, sketch, design or your idea, we can make it into real. |
| Q: How can I get some samples? |
| A: We are very pleased to provide you the samples. The samples will normally need around 10-14days. We will charge you the sample fee and the express freight shall be collect. Of course, we will refund you the sample fee when you place the order to us. |
| Q: What's is your delivery time? |
| A: Our normal delivery time is around 60-70days. But it also depends on the time you place the order and your order quantity. |
